We do not build heating elements, write PID firmware, or carry electrical safety certifications — Fellow does, and they've spent a decade refining this one object. The Stagg EKG holds any temperature to the degree inside the cleanest silhouette in the category. We'd rather link to it than pretend we could match it.

To the degree
Set anything from 104 to 212°F in half-degree steps. It heats fast, then holds — the water waits on you, not the other way around.
The pour
A counterweighted handle and a gooseneck spout slow the stream to a thread. Control you feel in the wrist, not the menu.
The finish
Matte black over 304 stainless. One dial, one small sharp display, nothing else on the body.
