Once the founding drop ships, you can return an unused piece in its original condition within 30 days for a refund. Because this is a reserved first run, reservations can be cancelled for a full refund any time before your order ships. Because we are pre-launch, the exact list of supported countries, rates, and timelines is still being finalized and will be confirmed before the first run ships.
